We offer three educational, skills-development pathways designed to help children and young people build three essential life skills: Confidence, Communication, and Connection.

iSpeak Live

Bespoke public speaking experiences for schools.

iSpeak Live brings the excitement and purpose of public speaking competition into schools through inclusive, professionally led events that combine coaching, rehearsal, and performance.

Each programme is designed to develop and strengthen students’ Confidence, Communication, and Connection, with students planning, writing and performing a speech based around big ideas and relevant topics - giving them a meaningful platform to be seen and heard.

Each iSpeak Live programme culminates in a celebratory public speaking event competition, delivered in partnership with the school, where students showcase their speech and progress to a live audience, including judges. What iSpeak Live offers:

- Flexible and bespoke delivery options, from concise experiences to half-term programmes.

- A balance of small-group coaching and individual 1:1 support, allowing every participant to rehearse, refine, and grow.

- In-person or remote delivery, planned collaboratively with your school.

- Designed for primary and secondary settings.

Mentoring that builds confidence beyond the classroom.

iSpeak Elevate is a mentoring pathway designed to support children and young people, outside of the school day, in calm, focused settings where personal growth can flourish.

Through fun, reflective, and structured sessions, students work towards developing their Confidence, Communication, and Connection. Sessions are delivered either 1:1 or in small groups, allowing for both personalised guidance and meaningful peer interaction.

Progress is tracked using the iSpeak® Profile, with a baseline at the start of the block, and a review at the end, so growth is visible and meaningful for both children and parents.

How iSpeak Elevate works:

- Delivered outside of school, either at home (1:1) or at a local venue (group).

- Available as 6-week blocks, with clear goals, challenges and review points.

- Options for individual mentoring or small, carefully matched groups.

- Allows all children to find their voice, strengthen their self-belief, and develop communication skills.

iSpeak Challenge Image
iSpeak Challenge

A structured oracy assessment delivered in schools.

iSpeak Challenge is the assessment pathway within iSpeak®: a research-informed, age-appropriate framework that enables students to demonstrate and develop their Confidence, Communication, and Connection through authentic speaking & listening tasks.

Delivered in schools, Challenge is run in partnership with participating schools. Parents register their children through the school when a Challenge Day is scheduled, ensuring the process is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with the school context.

Each student completes three purposeful tasks:

- A short speech on a topic of personal importance.

- An extract from a book shared aloud.

- A social scenario response, demonstrating empathy, reasoning, and awareness.

Assessments are conducted using clear, transparent rubrics aligned with research and current curriculum expectations. Preparation is supported through a structured guidance pack -  provided in advance. Every child receives supportive feedback and a certificate celebrating their achievement, while schools benefit from a credible and coherent approach to recognising oracy skills in a way that feels meaningful, inclusive, and relevant to real-world communication.

Parent of participant  (2024 & 2025 – Bryanston Prep)

"We saw a big change in Cooper after the iSpeak® competition. He started to speak up more at home, and even volunteered to lead a group project at school. iSpeak® gave him the tools and the belief that his voice matters - and that’s something he’ll carry for life."
