06. Assessment records and professional notes
During iSpeak Live events and iSpeak Challenge assessments, judges or assessors record professional notes and scores using an iSpeak assessment rubric aligned to Confidence, Communication, and Connection.

For iSpeak Live, rubrics are used by judges to support fair, consistent scoring and feedback during live events.

For iSpeak Challenge, assessor rubrics are used to determine outcomes and provide structured feedback following assessment tasks.

For iSpeak Elevate, progress is tracked separately using the iSpeak Profile to support goal-setting and reflection over time.

All assessment notes and scores are handled sensitively, stored securely, and shared only with relevant parents, schools, or authorised professionals.
07. Photography, video, and recordings
Photography, video, or audio recordings will only be taken with explicit written parental consent obtained in advance.

08. Email communication with students
Where communication with students is required for programme delivery (for example, in relation to iSpeak Live events), all correspondence is directed and agreed with the school. A named member of school staff is copied into all communications. iSpeak does not engage in private or unsupervised messaging with students.
09. Data storage and security
Personal data is stored securely using password-protected systems and devices. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Only authorised individuals involved in delivering iSpeak LTD services have access to relevant data.
